When is the training enrolment fee due?
Enrolment fees are expected to be paid before training starts. This is the policy of all training providers including computer training providers in Perth and Australia-wide. Our policy is that you can pay upon arrival after registration but before computer training starts.
What happens when I cancel my computer training course booking?
PHONE our enrolment officer on 0418 958 799 or use our online training contact form to arrange another time and date if you’ve already paid for your training and the training is cancelled up to the DAY BEFORE training is due to start, a full refund can be given to the payer or funding organisation of the training which might not be the student.
No refund is given for late training cancellations, with late being defined as the day of training.

What is the Computer Training Privacy Policy?
- During enrolment, we record student names and contact information in case of the rare chance we need to postpone computer training.
- That information is stored in a secure place, protected by Google’s security.
- Student information is not sold nor revealed to any third party.
- Since 1999 there has never been a breach of security in which student information has been leaked.
- If that should ever happen we are obliged to report hacks and security breaches to the Australian Security Crimes Authority.
- A computer training student would be asked for permission to take a photo of them for our perth.training website.
- Your computer training exercises are stored in Google Drive so that you can practice later at home. The security of your Google Drive is your security responsibility. Your training exercise examples are fictitious and do not contain any personal information. The exception is email training. Eg when practice sending an email to me, your sender information is revealed but will never be used for s p a m nor sold to 3rd parties.
